Jinny Koh is the author of The Gods Will Hear Us Eventually (Ethos Books, 2018), and was recently shortlisted for the 2017 Commonwealth Short Story Prize. Her stories and essays have appeared or are forthcoming in The Iowa Review, Pembroke Magazine, The Carolina Quarterly, Kyoto Journal, Columbia Journal, Best New Singaporean Short Stories: Volume 2 (Epigram Books), and Litro, among others. She graduated Phi Kappa Phi with a Master of Professional Writing from the University of Southern California, where she served as the Fiction Editor for The Southern California Review. She has written for newspapers, magazines and websites including TODAY, StarHub and The China Club.
